Tollgate court becomes a business hit!
February 2008
Against a backdrop of recession, doom and gloom in the economy brothers Nick & Andy Wood, in are making Tollgate Court business centre on Beaconside a real hit for local businesses in Stafford.
Previously Tollgate Court as it is now known was a manufacturing complex and major employer in the area. The dynamic duo purchased the complex in 2007 in conjunction with Polemarch property developers and have turned the 90,000 square foot building into a Storage Boost self storage store, a trade centre and a centre for small businesses with offices and workshops of all sizes available on a flexible basis.
Nick Wood says "Tollgate Court has been a great success for us; we now have over fifty businesses using our flexible offices, workshop and storage units. We are very attractive location because we can meet the needs of a small growing business or businesses reducing their costs and requiring flexibility in uncertain times".
Businesses that operate from Tollgate Court include start-up accountancy firm Elements Accounting launched by Lisa Ray and nationwide businesses like RMB Maintenance group who have their regional office and storage at Tollgate Court.
